About Me

I'm a University of Wisconsin-Madison Graduate in Communications Arts: Radio, TV, Film, with a certificate in Digital Studies. I am passionate about research on the relationships between social media, the entertainment industry, interpersonal relationships, race relations, and marketing. As an aspiring video essayist/essayist or content creator, I specialize in comprehensive research, screen media studies, and critical race theory, and hope to employ more film techniques to create compelling content and writing that enable critical commentary and assessment of the effects of systemic oppression on social relations. I have researched and written essays on Voyerustic sadism, the disposable black girlfriend trope, and patriarchal occultism through the analysis of film, TV, and art. Outside of work, I love painting, creative writing, poetry, and content creation.
