Blindfolded Mold is about discovering a rotting truth and falling under its spell. Despite being given glimpses of a future outside this pain, you're deadlocked with no way of knowing what's next or how to save yourself.
618 is a poem about rebirth and ridden ones self of layers of trauma, pain, and regrets. Porcelain skin and gold represent the chains of an oppressive system ruled by white supremacy and wealth. They also represent the shiny armour of anguish, that shield ones true nature from being seen and harmed. Faith in oneself allows that version of oneself to be reborn, even stronger than when it was first forced to hide.
Wells is a poem about drowning in suicidal ideation and being so close to taking one's life. It's a compilation of this back and forth of feeling alive but emotionally invisible and wanting that invisibility to consume you. In the end, the unknown about what is after death, in contrast to the reality of a pained existence, is more terrifying than the life you've already experienced.
Fae is a poem about healing ones relationship with nature and finding balance in nature. One's humanity isn't seperate from the natural world, especially when it's shackled to the rules of civilization.
